I am an innocent person acused by ACS:LAW of illegal filesharing. I utterly refute ALL allegations and simply wish for the case against me and thousands of others to either be taken to Court where the evidence can be shown or the case to be dropped.
I believe ACS:LAW have acted illegally in holding mine and others data without licence and without registering with the Data Protection act and also that ACS:LAW lied when it said it had NO connection to Davenport Lyons.
I will continue my legitimate protest with vigour and seeking the Truth. I will only ever post articles in good faith that I believe I have the truth on my side.

Received a letter from Goldeneye International? MICM(Mircom? TCYK LLC? 
ACS / Media Cat have wrongly been threatening me with fines and court letters for something I never downloaded. I have replied to their first 2 letters (The 2nd of which I received the same copy 3 times over the course of 3 days!!)
I am not guilty of what they are accusing me of and if there is anything I can do to fight this company then I will do because it seems like I am not the only innocent person they are targetting.

I’ve been following these idiots, and their scandellous behaviour for some time. No accusations as yet, but I am mid-way through a transfer to Sky Broadband, which hasn’t helped my concerns about who has access to stored download data by ISPs.
What do you think? Sky or no Sky? Who can we trust now?

I would advise you against Sky Broadband. They have quite happily taken money of ACS Law for the full addresses of ISP holders yet piously bang on about co-operating with a court order. It’s in their monetary interests not to quibble with a questionable order applied for by what is in essence a cowboy operation. They sold their customers down the river.

I would also advise against Sky bb. I just moved out of the frying pan into the fire, being lured by a great deal including “unlimited” downloads. Previous ISP couldn;t stand up to ACS:Law and neither will Sky. I’m off as soon as I can get out of this contract.

All the innocent victims of this scam please note and lets not forget the mastermind behind this scam, one Trevor Sears, the lynchpin at Davenport Lyons, who were the originators. After the screening of Watchdog in Dec 2008 and the resultant 30000+ complaints the scam was trasferred to ACS Law. Andrew Crossly, the owner of the firm is an old associate of Sears.
There are over 100 complaints filed with the Police against Sears, for offences ranging from bullying, blackmail and conspiracy against small travel companies over the last 12 years. Sears has evaded exposure despite providing the Police and the Regulators with clear and compelling evidence so far due to his cancer of corruption but the net is closing on him.
In Oct 2008, Sears was exposed as falsely holding himself as an Insolvency Practitioner for over 6 years after his authority was terminated in 2002.
When asked to respond by the SRA for the offence, which is both imprisonable and a fine, he response was ” I forget my authority had been terminated”. The SRA, like mugs, were only too happy to accept his ridiculous explanation and did not even issue a warning which is the minimum they should have done.
In the travel trade Sears is known as the Godfather due to his illegal behaviour.
Clearly, Gore and Miller who are Sears subordinates took the fall for their boss and there is little doubt that even Crossly was put up to this scandal by Sears.
Therefore, people lets out and expose the mastermind who has gained the most from this scandalous affair that has caused loss and distress to thousands.
