Acs Law continue its War of attrition against the British Public and their latest round of “Speculative Invoices” seems to contain a rather Sinister Questionnaire. Please take a look and let me know what you think.Â
I believe myself they are terribly unprofessional forms, starting with either a “5” or a “15” in place of “1”. It also seems that ACS LAW want to persue or at least ask wether the person would be willing to allow their PC to be inpected by forensic analysis. Very Interesting
Of course what these forms REALY mean is that ACS LAW dont have enough information and believe you to be stupid enough to supply them the information with which to attack you again

quite laudable IMHO – obviously when I requested thier evidence against me in writting, I didin’t realize it was going to be based on a questionaire.

What I find funny though is that you seem to assume that ACS have ANY evidence on you, of course they dont, you fully understand that they are asking you for evidence. The Bastards!
